Abstract

The main challenges in the production of liquid detergents, based on the use of equipment, a mixer with a reduction of much less production waste and harmful emissions into the environment, are considered. A simplified manufacturing process with a significant reduction in material and energy costs is shown. The influence of mass ratios and temperature on the rheological properties of the synthesized Synthetic detergents was investigated and showed that with increasing temperature the density of the samples decreases. Also, studies of cleaning ability showed that in a sample containing the highest amount of lauryl sulfate it has a maximum cleaning ability. It was found that synthetic detergents has the best washing ability, which no contains MAP and EDTA.
