Abstract

In recent years, both in our country and abroad, ultrasonic extraction methods have been increasingly used in industrial production, which is associated with the extraction of various substances and compounds from natural plant substrates. Domestic and foreign experience shows that this method has significant advantages over traditional methods and can significantly increase the efficiency and profitability of industrial enterprises, producing complete and functional food products.

This article discusses a brief theory of ultrasonic cavitation and the experience of extracting substrates from plants. Different results have been compared and analyzed.
