Abstract
This research reflects outlines the main potential features of Advanced Process Control (APC) systems for improved control of technological processes and production. It is shown developing APC systems using a virtualized analyzer (VA) is a very effective technique to increase the efficiency of industrial production. This research reflects the main steps of generating VA as part of the APC system and also describes the key features of each step-in terms of analyzer synthesis.
