Abstract

The paper presents the results of the obtained research, taking into account the dynamics of the thermal process in order to determine the parameters of the equipment and the choice of the optimal law of temperature regulation, the results of the process of temperature regulation in the process of roasting phosphate ores in the tower furnace are presented. The main purpose was to enhance the quality of phosphate ores and reduce energy consumption by using a fuzzy PID controller to regulate the temperature during the burning process of phosphate ores in a tower furnace. The parameters of the developed model in MATLAB Simulink environment are determined and the results of optimal solution of gas combustion in the system are obtained.
